Day 1
You arrive in Lviv. During a guided stroll in the city center, you explore the variety of architectural styles of historic churches and city houses, visit the Armenian and the Jewish Quarter, the famous Opera House. We will also visit the Lychakiv Cemetery and climb Zamkova Hora.
Day 2
We drive to a park not far from Lviv in order to try our hand at climbing. We combine climbing with other activities so no one gets bored, for example you could compete in archery, crossbow or gun shooting. For lunch, we enjoy traditional Ukrainian specialties by the campfire.
Day 3
In the morning, we drive to Halych. You will visit the castle ruins of Halych and the Museum of Karaite History and Culture. After that, we will visit a Karaite cemetery in a neighboring village. Our next stop is the village Zalissya. There is the geological natural monument of national importance, namely the gypsum cave Mlynky. For an overnight stay we go to Yaremche.
Day 4
From the tourist station “Zaroslyak” in a picturesque part of the Carpathians begins at altitude of 1330 m above sea level the shortest route to the highest peak of Ukraine – Mount Hoverla (2061m). In the afternoon, we return to Yaremche and we are invited to visit Hutsuls – population that lives in the Carpathians. On a farm, you will taste traditional Hutsul dishes.
