UNESCO cultural heritage in Poland

Day 1

Arrival in Warsaw, the biggest city of Poland. Overnight in Warsaw.

Day 2

After breakfast, city sightseeing tour around Warsaw. The rebuilding of the Old Town after World War II was one of the biggest reconstruction projects in Europe. Now, the Old Town and the Royal Castle are on the UNESCO World Cultural Heritage List. The Market Square is lined with burgher houses, exclusive restaurants and shops. Worth seeing is also gothic St. John’s Cathedral and the Barbican. Along the Royal Route, visitors will find many old churches and palaces. In the afternoon, we suggest visiting of Wilanow Palace & Garden. Overnight in Warsaw.

Day 3

After breakfast, we are leaving for Kazimierz Dolny, the city of artists. It combines splendid architecture with picturesque landscape, which can be admired during a boat cruise on the Vistula River. In the Old Town there are a lot of 500- year-old tenement houses. Then we proceed with inside tour in the Kozłówka Palace, where in the sculpture park we will visit an exhibition of social realism during which we will meet Marx, Engels, Lenin and Stalin. Naleczow, the famous spa resort, is also worth paying a visit.
Overnight in Lublin where we will also have a dinner in the local restaurant during which we will enjoy folk music and traditional Polish cuisine.
